Blu Samu – Clumsy Queen
Based in Brussels with roots in Portugal, Blu Samu’s music is a melting pot of sounds moulding elements of trap with funk, soul and hip hop. Since introducing herself with singles like ‘I Run’, and ‘Phases’, Blu Samu (who’s originally from Antwerp) went onto release ‘Moka’, her exceptional debut EP which dropped last year. Riddled with poetic imagery, each track is smothered with Blu Samu’s intriguingly hoarse and direct vocals, over a myriad of blissful soundscapes.
For her COLORS show, Blu Samu treats us to a rendition of previously unheard single ‘Clumsy Queen’.
